During onboarding, we will gather everything we need from you to build your contest including the dealership logo, audience demographics/regions, any ideas you have for a prize, contest length, and preferred outcomes.
This helps us create a customized strategy for your contest to attract more followers.
Within 1 week we will have a draft of the contest graphics. If approved, we will continue with the contest build-out.
If revisions are needed, we will complete them and get the drafts back to you in no more than 3 days.

Once your contest assets are approved, we will get to work on building out the contest including the landing page, email, and ad copy.

Once all the above has been approved and completed we schedule a 1-hour launch call where we literally look over your shoulder as you launch your contest and set up a few integrations like your email list and social media accounts, making sure everything is good to go.

After launch, we will provide you with a document containing a posting/email schedule and content to promote your contest.
Throughout the contest, we will check in with you periodically to see how things are going and that your contest is generating entries successfully.
As your contest comes to a close, we will use our software to pick a winner or winners, and send you the copy to announce the winner on social and by email, including a special offer for everyone who didn’t win.

Upon completion of the contest, we will provide you with a report showing a high-level view of the contest results, an export of all entries including their email addresses, and a bonus gift from Dealer Rising to thank you for utilizing our services.
